Commercial Insurance Agent
As a commercial insurance agent, Candace is our resident matchmaker, responsible for not only finding great new client relationships for FCIS but also pairing current clients with insurance solutions that are a soulmate-level fit for their needs.
She first joined the FCIS team as an independent broker in 2011, after spending nine years finessing her insurance knowledge and client relations skills as a customer service and marketing rep for State Farm.
In addition to bringing in new business and managing client relationships, Candace serves as our grammar police. She completed her bachelor’s in English literature and composition at UCLA — and she never misses a typo.
Born and raised in Southern California as the oldest of three siblings, Candace currently lives in Simi Valley with her daughter and their two cats (she may or may not be a bit of a crazy cat lady).
You Might Not Know...
- Candace is a big fan of cooking and can eat an entire pizza by herself — but she’s also a fitness addict, so it all balances out.
- When she’s not busy keeping up with her nonstop social calendar, you’ll probably find her listening to ’90s hip hop music.
- She learned to play the piano at age 3 and took formal lessons until she was 15.
